With an extensive background in the health industry and over 25 years of physical therapy experience, Lizz specializes in orthopedics, treating individuals with musculoskeletal pain, postural imbalances, post-surgical rehabilitation, and prevention needs.

Lizz is certified in Active Release Technique, cupping, and aromatherapy. She utilizes a combination of manual therapy and corrective exercise in a one-on-one personalized setting to maximize results for her clients.

Prior to starting a private practice in 2004, Lizz held several positions at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery, including opening their Integrative Care Center on Madison Avenue and the Sports Medicine satellite at Chelsea Piers. Prior to that, she was at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, treating severe trauma, and at Spaulding Rehabilitation in Boston in their spinal cord, amputee, and head injury department.

She received a BS in Health Science and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Simmons College.
